Getting started
Who do you dispatch?
Semi tractors, day cab or sleeper, running power only under their own MC authority.
My authority isn't active yet. Can I apply?
Yes. We will tell you what to have ready so you can haul the day it goes active.
How long is the application?
Three short steps, about 30 seconds. Extra details are optional after you submit.
Do you dispatch hotshots, box trucks or my own trailer?
No. Only power only freight for semi tractors.
How loads are booked
Where do your loads come from?
Trailer-pool programs, load boards with power only filters, shipper drop yards and brokers we set you up with.
Do I approve every load?
Yes. Nothing is booked on your authority without your yes.
Can you promise a rate or a number of loads?
No. Markets change. We promise to work every source and show you the full math on each load.
Can I keep my program accounts?
Yes. You keep your own approvals; we watch them alongside broker freight.
Paperwork
What documents do you need?
MC and USDOT numbers, W-9, certificate of insurance, and a notice of assignment if you factor.
Do I need trailer interchange coverage?
Most power only loads require it or non-owned trailer coverage. Limits vary by trailer owner.
Do you handle detention and TONU claims?
Yes, included in the fee.
Are you a broker?
No. We are a dispatch service that works for you, the carrier.
