Privacy policy

Updated October 2026

This policy explains what PowerOnlyDispatch ("PowerOnlyDispatch", "we") collects through poweronlydispatch.com, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

  • Dispatch application: name, mobile phone, email, tractor type (day cab or sleeper), number of trucks, MC authority status and MC or DOT number. If you choose to add details after applying: authority age, trailer interchange coverage status, home base or lanes, best time to call and notes.
  • Contact form: name, email, optional phone and your message.
  • Context we add to a submission: the page you applied from, the referring page, campaign tags (UTM) stored in a first-party cookie, device type and the time received. We don't log full personal details in server logs.
  • Calculators: numbers you type into our tools stay in your browser. They are added to the page address only so you can copy and share a link; we don't receive them.

Why we use it

To contact you about dispatch services, which is what you asked for when you applied or wrote to us, and to send you a confirmation email. By checking the consent box on the application you agree that we may contact you by phone, text and email, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of service, and you can reply STOP to texts at any time.

Who sees it

Our dispatch team. We use service providers to run the site and send email (for example, our email delivery provider and our hosting and security providers), who process data only to provide that service. If you become a carrier on dispatch, we share your carrier details with brokers and programs to set you up for loads, with your approval. We do not sell your personal information and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How long we keep it

Application and contact details are kept while we are talking with you and for up to 24 months afterwards so we can follow up or answer questions, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Records we need for an active dispatch agreement are kept as long as the agreement and any legal retention period require.

Analytics and cookies

We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics that load after you interact with the page and count visits and events in aggregate. We set one first-party cookie (pod_utm) to remember campaign tags for 30 days, and use your browser's session storage to save form progress until you close the tab. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you. Depending on your state (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other states with consumer privacy laws), you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete and opt out of certain processing, and to appeal a decision we make on your request. We won't treat you differently for using these rights.

To make a request, contact us through our contact page. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it.

Security and children

We use HTTPS, access controls and spam protection. No method is perfect, so please don't send sensitive documents through our forms. This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above. Material changes will be noted on this page.
